Total Body Workout

Hi All!

I really liked how balanced our workout on Monday was so I thought I would post it online. You may have to ask me about some of the exercises or look them up.

Do each exercise for 3 minutes straight. You may do them in an order you like.

1. Pike Plank
2. Single Leg Reach and Row (10's)
3. Skip
4. In and Out Bicep Curls
5. Flip Grip Tricep Kickback
6. Back and Forth Jumps
7. Squat with Alternating Twists
8. Roll and Stand (single leg if possible)
9. Double Hop Runs
10. Dead Beatles (non rolling version)
