Here is a stair workout you can do on your own sometime:
Run Stairs (1 at a time)
50 Speed Skaters
50 Jumping Plie' Squats
* Repeat 3 times
Run Stairs (2 at a time)
50 Walking Lunges
50 Calf Raises
* Repeat 3 times
Run Stairs Sideways (once each direction)
50 Single Leg Skaters (per leg)
50 Alternating Sumo Squats
*Repeat 2-3 times
