Shoulders and Cardio

Hi Everyone!

I had a lot of feedback regarding Wednesday's shoulder and cardio circuit. A lot of people really liked it so I thought I would post it. All you need is a set of dumbells.

Complete each exercise for 1 minute.
1. Alternating Shoulder Press
2. Jumping Jacks
3. Upright Row
4. Mountain Climbers
5. Flip Flies
6. Burpees
7. Anterior Raise - Lateral Raise down
8. High Knee Jog
9. Shoulder Press
10. Spring on Spot
