Leg Workout

Hi All!

Here is a leg workout you can do on your own :)

Time yourself for 20 minutes and see how many times you can get through the circuit. The next time you do it try to beat your record.

25 deep jumping squats
20 squat jacks
15 single leg squats
10 broad jump burpees
5 roll to standing
